Have you heard this before: “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know”?
That’s only partly right.
Because success in the business of life (and real estate) comes from both what AND who you know.

None of us succeeds all by ourselves.
We need each other.

We each have strengths… and weaknesses… and resources… and needs.
And we’re stronger when we share with one another and work together.

Just yesterday, I met Andrew Nelson at our Seattle REIA meeting in Everett.
